Is it possible to flip a snow plow cutting blade?
I know the season is over for KS. I was packing stuff up, my blade has worn unevenly, the right side is shorter than the left side. I was wondering if i could flip the cutting blade over? Or would it not scrape right?? THanks!
I had a bit of difficulty understanding your question. Most of the top end models of plows have a reversible or replaceable cutting edge. If the cutting edge is bolted through the moldboard rather than on the flanges at the sides of the blade, it should be reversible. If you mean flip the entire blade over, then, no. The mounting pads won’t match up to the plow frame.
