Went snowboarding.. get rid of the aches?
Ive snowboarded quite a couple of times, and i expected to be sore today, but nothing like this. I did not fall at all except once when i took a bad tumble (steepest slopes in my area tumbled like 6 times (not exaggerated)). Now my neck and chest hurts a lot, but especially my neck, it moves when i move it. Now, i live in california, so i surf. I took a break today, but i really want to get out tomorrow, could i do anything to get rid of teh aches? because paddling is very taxing and i cannot imagine how hard it would be if my body feels like it feels now
Well the neck pain is normal for a lot of people as far as I know when you surf you can have a more forward facing stance but when you are on a snowboard your strapped sideways with your neck turn down the mountain all day so that’s where the pain comes from. Just take some pain killers and maybe an anti inflammatory. plus keep working it. Myself I always tend to induce pain to help relieve like if my neck hurts from moving it I will move it a lot. That’s just me though.
