Is there any way to find out who and where a set of silver Virginia original licenses were issued in 1934?
I have an old car Chevy 1934 and recently received a set of 1934 tags to put in the car. I wonder who originally own the labels and what county iddued in.
I would recommend you send a personal letter to Secretary of State of Virginia. Introduce yourself, then ask your question. To answer requires much research, I am sure, so be polite, and if you can, get a car on a local newspaper columnist who participate in this issue as a story.
