"I can camp for free on the beaches of Hawaii?
I'm going to Hawaii this summer. I am a poor styudent and was thinking of camping on the beaches during the summer. the question is, where i can camp, do I need a permit, if so where I can get one, what about fishing? basically im trying to get minimal, and I wondered if this whole "wandering hawaii" everything is possible … any comments are useful and appreciated!
You has three options: Camp illegally, I would not recommend. Lots of potential problems there. You can camp in some parks for a limited period with a camping permit in the state, but you have to plan ahead. There are also some private land area, but obviously this will be the most expensive. Perhaps these Web sites will help you some.
